Refund Policy

At Inkaholik Tattoos and Piercing, we maintain a strict **NO REFUND** policy on all tattoos, body piercings, jewelry, and deposits. Since our artwork, time, and services cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for these services.

Deposits are non-refundable because they cover the time and effort involved in consultations, scheduling, and preparing for your appointment. If you miss your appointment, arrive more than 30 minutes late, or cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. However, if you cancel your appointment, you may transfer the deposit to another person or apply it to a gift card.

Our no refund policy is clearly posted in our shop, on the forms you complete, on our receipts, on this website, and across our social media platforms.
